We need to delete a registry key if we wanted to delete the Recycle bin icon from desktop in xp. However, its a piece of cake to remove the annoying bin from desktop in 7.
How-to REmove:
Right click Recycle Bin icon, press delete
How-to Revive:
1. Right click desktop, personalize![]()
2. On left side of window, click "change desktop icons"
3. tick recycle bin, then apply, ok. Icon should appear on desktop instantly!![]()

Many people are asking the same question. My friends, teachers. Its all just because I fixed many pc related problems of them!
In my point of view, doing computer courses is a WASTE OF MONEY ! However if u want a job related to IT, then the piece of paper called certificate is needed which is why I am also forced to do a computer course!!
I learn't to play computer by playing with it! Modifying files, playing with programs etc.. Its just that many of u are afraid that something bad might happen to their PC which is why u guys dont play with files!!
Let me tell you a fun fact about me: In my home there is no electronic equipment that I haven't dis metaled!! Refrigerator, television, fans , laptops, .... you name it!!! Its just so interesting.... to know how stuffs work...!!
If I don't know something, I search the net. ( many are very lazy to search for stuffs over internet )
So if u want to learn to play computer, appoint some time to practice on ur own ( like 2 hrs every day ). Just play with it. open folders, files , softwares, uninstall , install , rename , modify , practice typing...!! then u will learn to play with it without even realizing.
( but don't over do it like me: I spent 29hrs when I was interested in learning computers)
Good luck!
